a note on covid.
We hope you are all keeping well and are managing to cope with the lockdown. We wanted to update you on the latest developments. Fingers crossed, it looks like we may be able to open our doors again in early July. As this date may change, we won’t be making any appointments until we have the go ahead from the government to reopen.
We will have to make certain changes to the way we work to protect yourself and our staff. We would ask you to not visit the salon if you have a cough and or a temperature and/or have been in contact with anyone having COVID-19 within two weeks. As you enter the salon, we will be asking you to wash your hands. Our staff will be wearing face masks or visors and we ask that you also wear a mask or face covering.
We will be unable to provide refreshments and our usual magazines. We will be spacing out appointments to ensure social distancing and are looking into putting up screens for your protection. You may find the salon a little cooler as we will be opening windows to ensure ventilation; we will continue with our strict cleaning washing and sanitising procedures between each client.
Wherever possible we will take card payments, and will also have to make some pricing adjustments to compensate for our new working practices. Obviously, all these changes are subject to government advice nearer the time. We can’t wait to see you and hope these adjustments won’t spoil your experience with us.
